1.3 Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will verify the claim and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
2. How to Initiate a Return

For prepaid orders, we offer free return shipping across India. A return pickup will be arranged through our logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, India Post).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
2.3 Return Process: Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return authorization and instructions. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and hand it over to the designated courier service during the scheduled pickup.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product at our warehouse (A-10, Sharnam Metrolink, Near Apparel Park Metro Station, Ajod Dairy Road, Sukhramnagar, Ahmedabad-380026, India).
3.2 Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, net banking) used during purchase.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer to an account specified by you or as store credit, at your discretion.

Any shipping charges or COD fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
3.3 Inspection: All returned products will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If the product does not qualify, we will notify you, and the product will be returned to you at your expense.
