1.2 Service Areas: We ship to all serviceable pin codes in India through our trusted logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, India Post, or other reputable couriers).
1.3 Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (for prepaid orders) or order placement (for COD orders). Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
2. Delivery Timelines
2.1 Estimated Delivery: Delivery times vary based on your location:

2.2 Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical challenges. We will keep you informed via email or SMS in case of significant delays.
2.3 Partial Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
3. Shipping Charges
3.1 Prepaid Orders: No shipping charges apply for prepaid orders, regardless of order value or location within India.
3.2 COD Orders: A nominal COD fee may be charged, which will be clearly indicated at checkout. This fee is non-refundable unless the order is returned due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
4. Order Tracking

5.2 Delivery Acceptance: Upon delivery, please inspect the package for damage before accepting it. If the package appears damaged, notify the courier immediately and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
5.3 Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us due to failure to accept delivery or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
6.1 Lost Shipments: If your order is lost during transit, we will investigate with our logistics partner and provide a replacement or refund, subject to verification.
6.2 Damaged Shipments: If you receive a damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns and Refunds Policy.
7. International Shipping
7.1 No International Shipping: At this time, L&C Fashion only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping.
